Electrify Payroll

A purpose-built time and workload system for manufacturing. Tracks every job and task to the second, runs payroll, watches costs in real time, and puts the whole workshop on big screens so everyone knows what's happening — without the timesheets. We partnered with SHARP for the in-workshop displays and are their preferred software integrator.

Electrify Payroll is our flagship workshop platform. It replaces the paper timesheet, the spreadsheet of doom and the costing review that always arrives a month too late. Workers clock on at the door, switch tasks through the day, and the whole shop is visible on big screens that update live.

We built it because every NZ manufacturer we talked to had the same problem — they were running real workshops with the wrong tools. Foremen were guessing who was on what. Payroll was hand-keyed from paper. Job overruns showed up at month-end when it was already too late. We figured the answer was not another ERP module — it was a system designed for the floor, that the floor would actually use.

We partnered with SHARP for the in-workshop displays and are SHARP's preferred software integrator in New Zealand. The screens, the kiosks and the software all come from the same conversation. If you already have hardware, we can work with that too.

Today the system runs in production NZ workshops, syncing hours straight into Xero, MYOB, iPayroll, Smartly and Datacom Pay. No double entry. No missed overtime. No surprise overruns.
