How much waste is there typically?
We don't quote averages because every environment is different and the number would be misleading. What we will say is that it's rare to review a Microsoft 365 or cloud environment and find nothing to remove. Licensing accumulates — seats added and never removed, tiers upgraded and never revisited.
Do you only look at Microsoft, or cloud spend too?
Both. Microsoft 365 and cloud environments (Azure, AWS) are the most common sources of drift, so they're where we start. If you have other SaaS or subscription spend you want reviewed, we can include that.
Will the changes disrupt anyone?
Generally no. Removing unused seats and right-sizing tiers doesn't affect people who are actively using what they have. We check before we change anything, and we flag anything where there's ambiguity.
