Microsoft 365

Email, files, chat and meetings — Exchange, Teams and SharePoint run as one system, not three problems.

Overview

Microsoft 365 is where most businesses live. Set up and run properly it just works; left half-configured it's a quiet drag on every single day. We handle the licensing, the migration and the ongoing administration so it stays in the first camp.

We treat Exchange, Teams and SharePoint as one connected environment rather than separate tools configured in isolation. Identity, permissions and security policies are set once and applied consistently — so a new starter is ready on day one and a leaver is cleanly offboarded.

And if you run a franchise or co-operative, we do something nobody else does: split-tenant billing. Everyone shares one Microsoft domain, but each business gets its own separate invoice. It takes a mountain of admin and reconciliation off head office — and we run it today for several national brands you'd recognise.

What's included
  • Licensing reviewed and right-sized — most clients are paying for tiers or seats they don't use
  • Migrations from on-prem Exchange, Google Workspace or another tenant, planned and executed properly
  • Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive configured as one connected environment
  • Split-tenant billing for franchises and co-ops — one shared Microsoft domain, a separate invoice per business. Unique to us.
  • Conditional access and MFA enforced, so convenience doesn't cost you security
  • Starter and leaver processes that provision and offboard cleanly
  • Ongoing administration — you're not left to run the admin centre yourself

Common questions

Quick questions

We're a franchise or co-op sharing one Microsoft domain — can the billing be split?

Yes, and we're the only ones who do it. Our split-tenant billing keeps everyone on a single shared Microsoft domain while each franchisee or member gets their own separate invoice. It takes a pile of reconciliation off head office, and we already run it for several national brands you'd recognise.

Can you move us off Google Workspace?

Yes, and we do it regularly. We plan the migration around your working hours so mail, files and shared drives come across without anyone losing a day to it.

Are we paying too much for licensing?

Quite possibly. Microsoft licensing has a lot of tiers and most businesses are on the wrong one somewhere. Reviewing it is one of the first things we do, and it often pays for itself.

Is our data safe in Microsoft 365 without separate backup?

Microsoft runs the platform well, but the default settings aren't the secure settings, and Microsoft's own position is that backing up your data is your responsibility. We harden the configuration and back it up properly.
