Built against the new NZ Government PII redaction standard. We're one of very few NZ providers with a stack like this.

New Zealand healthcare cannot use the AI it actually wants. The big LLMs were not built for the Privacy Act 2020, the Health Information Privacy Code or the new NZ Government PII redaction standard. So clinicians watch the rest of the world leap ahead while the legal team says "no, not with patient data."

Polly is our answer. It is a fully self-hosted ChatGPT-equivalent stack — chat interface, conversation history, file upload, the lot — that looks and feels like the consumer product but runs entirely inside healthcare environments. Underneath, every prompt and document is processed through Anonamoose, our proprietary PII redaction proxy, before any frontier model sees it.

The model layer uses the latest generation of frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic. So when GPT-class or Claude-class models ship, the clinical and administrative workforce gets them — minus the compliance problem. Patients are not in the prompt. Identifiers are not in the prompt. The AI works on safe, redacted text and the original record never leaves your environment.

The deployment posture is designed against the Privacy Act 2020, the Health Information Privacy Code and the new NZ Government PII redaction standard. Audit logs cover every prompt, redaction decision and downstream call. Nothing leaves the environment beyond what your policy allows.
